I've bought in online and it came out to be in russian. 1) change Origin Language to german 2) rename your Mass Effect 3 game folder to Mass Effect 3_1 3) download Mass Effect 3 again 4) immediatly shut Origin down 5) delete the new Mass Effect 3 folder and rename Mass Effect 3_1 to Mass Effect 3 6) start Origin again 7) Origin will only download the localization files.
